Hello and Welcome. FJR Music Productions, LLC Presents: the 4th annual Grateful Camp Out 2023 August 11th-14th!! This is a 3 days & nights Music Festival with Live Art, Music, Food/Craft Vendors, and Camping along the Beautiful coast of Maine. We also offer a 4th day with our Early Entry Thursday (Add’L $30 per person). Once again, the campground will be Closed to the General Public during our event. Gates open at noon time on both Thursday & Friday, 10am on Saturday & Sunday. Check out Time will be on Monday August 14th at 11am. We look forward to seeing all of your Beautiful smiling faces this Summer for another Amazing weekend along the Beautiful coast of Maine! If we arrive in a VW camper van for the Grateful Campout (probably at noon onThursday), may my wife and I camp with the vehicle? It read in one description as though everyone must park in one area and camp in another. Thanks, Scott
Hi Scott, Thank you for your interest in the Grateful Camp Out 2023! You would need to purchase a car camping pass ($40 good for the whole weekend) along with your weekend GA passes (per person) if you plan to camp within your vehicle. We hope to see you on the Concert Field!!!

Hello !!! Excited for this one for sure !!! So if we buy the 40 dollar car camping pass plus the GA x 2 will we still get a campsite or is there a special place for car camping! Just trying to decide if we bring the tent or van. We want to be in a camping spot so this will determine the decision.

Hello and thank you for your interest in The Grateful Camp Out 2023! Car Camping is in a separate area located on the map. Some of that area is under tree cover. Almost all of the GA tenting area is under tree cover (shaded area on the map)that can be found on our website http://www.thegratefulcampout.com or on Eventbrite.com.
How do I sign up for early entry Thursday?

Hello and Ty for your interest Julie. There are no reserved sites. But, I can assure you that there is plenty of room in the family camping area. Please let the front gate know when you check in that you would like the family camping and how many kids are with you. Ty once again!
Hello. Are there still openings for art vending or am I too late?
Hello and thank you for your interest in the Grateful Camp Out. I am sorry to say that all vendor spots have been filled. Our applications come out in January each year.
My family has a car and we’d like to come and hear music one day but not spend the night. I purchased a car pass for $40 that should be at will call. But I’m not sure if we’re supposed to purchase something else. If so, then can we make that purchase the day of, or do I need to buy some other ticket in advance? Thanks for clarifying.
Hi Andree, Thank you for your interest in The Grateful Camp Out. You purchased the wrong pass. The Car Camping Pass is a pass that allows you to “Camp” next to your car and does Not include access to the show. All tickets include camping. If you wanted to come for the day. You will need to purchase day passes on EventBrite or at the gate the day you wish to attend for anyone 13 years of age or older. Kids 12 and under are Free. Gates open on Friday at 12pm, Sat. at 10am, Sun. at 10am. Please let us know if you have any more questions. Thank you and have a great day!
